When it comes to detox drinks, the first thing that comes to mind – it is water with lemon. But most importantly, you will feel much better, lighter and more airy. You not only improve overall health, but also appearance. And this summer it would be desirable for some reason particularly strong!
Detox diet for smoothies help your body absorb nutrients faster, clean it of toxins and to fill the beneficial bacteria. It does not always eat enough fruits and especially vegetables. That is why the ideal solution would be to diet smoothies. After one glass of this cocktail can contain up to 10 kinds of vegetables or fruit. Moreover, they can be mixed in a glass, which is virtually impossible if these products are on the same plate.
Our proposed summer smoothies, detox is designed for three days. It is better to start it on Friday to have the opportunity to have a rest at the weekend. All you need is a blender, in which you will prepare smoothies, and a set of products. It is better to buy everything in advance so everything needed was at hand.

The first day.

Breakfast: oat berry smoothie
Half a cup of oats, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 cup of yogurt, half a cup of berries and half a banana.
Almond milk is the most popular product in our stores. But it can prepare their own meals. Almond milk is very useful, it is rich in vegetable fats and vitamins. To cook it you will need 1 cup (150 g) midalya and 3 cups (360 g), filtered water.
Preparation: almond fill water and leave overnight (or at least 4 hours). It will increase in size by 50-60g. Then the swollen Almond pour boiling water for a few minutes (in order to clean the rind). This item will be skipped and do not clean the peel, then the milk will not white, and beige. Clean almonds peeled and transfer to a blender. Add one cup of water and mix everything into a homogeneous mass. Then add 2 more cups of water and beat well again. Strain the milk from the pulp through a cheesecloth. This item also can be skipped, and drink milk with pulp, especially to prepare cocktails out of it. Lunch: green smoothies
1 handful watercress salad, ¼ cucumber, 1 large stick of celery, half an avocado, 1 apple, 1 ch. L mint and 300 ml of water.
Snack same as breakfast
Dinner: fruit and vegetable smoothies
1 handful of cabbage, 2 large sticks of celery, 1 large pear, half a cup of sesame paste (tahini), 1 tbsp lemon juice, a pinch of pepper and 300 ml of water.
Tahini is also easy to prepare at home.
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds – 100 g
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Sea salt
Ground black pepper
Water
Preparation: grind the sesame seeds in a blender with olive (vegetable) oil to a paste. Pour the lemon juice, whisk, add garlic (pressure), salt and pepper to taste. The mixture should be thick! Gradually add ice water, bringing the paste to the consistency of thick cream.

Second day.

Breakfast: bananovo- nut smoothies
1 banana, 0.5 cups of oatmeal, 50 g walnuts, 2 tsp honey 180 ml of almond milk.
Lunch: Energy Smoothies
1 handful of spinach and arugula, 1 apple, 1 small banana, 20 grams of flaxseed, 1 lemon juice and 250 ml of water.
Snack:
150 g of natural yogurt and 1 cup of blueberries.
Dinner: Smoothies of fennel
Half of fennel, a handful of spinach, 1 apple, 2 tablespoons linseed oil, lemon juice 1 with 250 ml of water.

Day Three.

Breakfast: smoothie antioxidant
250 g strawberries, ½ cup chilled green tea, ¾ cup of natural yogurt (you can substitute coconut or any other nut milk) and 2 teaspoons of flax seed, sweetener to taste (honey, etc.)
Lunch: fruit and vegetable smoothies
1 handful of cabbage, half a mango, 1 stick of celery, 1 cup raspberries, and 250 ml of coconut milk.
Snack:
150 g of yogurt (preferably soya) and half of the mango.
Dinner: green smoothies
1 cucumber, spinach beam 2, 2 cups chopped pineapple, a cup of brewed green tea, juice of ½ lemon, 5 cm root ginger.
For better absorption of smoothies is better not to drink, but there is a spoon. In addition to smoothies, drink water, which improves the body purification process and reduces the feeling of hunger.
